Return and Exchange Policy

  • Defective products 
  • All products can be returned within 7 days. 
  • For the return and exchange of non-defective products, customers will pay for return freight.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and a saleable condition. 
  • Gifts must be returned with products. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days once returns are received. 
  • For exchanges, please contact customer service.
  • Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
    1. Seals are removed 
    2. Damaged tags, labels, and packages.
    3. The hesitation period of 7 days is passed. 
    4. Products that have close physical contact such as underwear cannot be returned.
    5. The product has been used.
